Boil 4 cups of water, once boiled turn off the heat and place the cashews in the water
Let the cashews sit in the water for 10 minutes
Remove and drain cashews from the water
Sit the cashews to the food processor or blender but don't blend them yet (I use a bullet)
Slightly simmer the garlic on low heat to brown it
Add all ingredients to the blender/processor
Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy
Store sauce in closed container in refrigerator

This Alfredo sauce is so versatile it can be added to any dish! If you add some tomatoes you can create a creamy marinara sauce. Add some spinach and create a yummy spinach dip! This sauce has endless possibilities.
